MEC Access scoops record nominations
MEC Access, Mediaedge:cia’s specialist sport, entertainment and cause marketing business (www.mecaccess.com), has been shortlisted as agency of the year for both the Hollis Sponsorship Awards and the Sport Industry Awards. MEC Access is the only agency to appear in the final line-up for both the prestigious industry “agency of the year” awards.
Further recognition of the outstanding work conducted in 2008 comes with MEC Access being the most nominated agency in the Hollis Sponsorship Awards. In addition to being nominated as agency of the year, MEC Access is a finalist in six other categories for work with clients including Visa Europe, Evian, Specsavers and the groundbreaking Morrisons campaign.

· Hollis Best Use of Research: Evian, Wimbledon Championships
The winners of the Hollis Sponsorship Awards will be announced on 30th March at The London Marriott in Grosvenor Square whilst the Sport Industry Awards will be announced on 30th April at the Battersea Evolution.
